June 9th: 4th Meeting

We focused primarily on the parish portfolio. We have finalized the wording of our responses to the 12 questions. We discussed the contents and layout of the required brochure, referring to examples from several other parishes.
We are recruiting some additional assistance from the congregation on the website and brochure projects. All agreed that more pictures of “people doing fun things” should be included in both. That shouldn’t be hard!
John and Gayle began assembling the wall-mounted timeline.
Wrapping up, we discussed the actual timeline: if we have our parish materials ready for viewing by early July, the next step could be preparing to interview candidates via Skype.
