May 12th: 1st Meeting

We learned that the first step of the process is to develop our parish portfolio, including short responses to 12 questions about our life and goals.  Interested candidates for the position of priest-in-charge will read this description in order to learn about us.

We organized ourselves, assigning roles as follows:

Chairs: Jim Long, Georgia Duncan Ladd, John Ramsbottom

Chaplain: Deana McGivern and Jim Long

Recording Secretary: Brandy Grayson (assisted by Jim L.—is there anything he doesn’t do?)

Appointments scheduler: Gayle Johnson

Communications and Website: Kris Kothe

Information specialists: Jim Bandy, Margy Moorhead

Tanya attends meetings as the Diocesan Search Coach and serves as corresponding secretary with the Diocese.
